With the age of tech and tools (and all those AI and IO websites) there has been a growing role for the title of Revenue Ops, or Rev Ops. Marketing Ops, Sales Ops, etc. What is a Rev Ops role, why would a business need it, and how does the role contribute to a company growth plan? The topic is discussed with Michael Hartmann of Hartmann Advisory Group LLC.
Michael has 20+ years of experience in a variety of industries and in both large and small organizations. Most recently he was Director of Marketing Technology/Demand Generation at Freeman, a leading events organization. He also has a strategic marketing/revenue operations consulting business. Michael is also the co-host of a Marketing Operations-focused podcast called Ops Cast.
